HE Ambassador Ali Khalfan Al Mansouri, Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Geneva met with HE Mr. Francis Gurry, Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). HE the Ambassador submitted to the WIPO Director General the State of Qatar's accession instrument to the Marrakesh Treaty to Facilitate Access to Published Works for Persons Who Are Blind, Visually Impaired or Otherwise Print Disabled. The document is signed by His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Than, the beloved Amir of the State of Qatar.
